Driving National Innovation: Hon. Dr. Jenfan Muswere to Speak at NESZ 2026

The National Education Summit Zimbabwe (NESZ 2026) is honoured to welcome Honourable Dr. Jenfan Muswere, Minister of Skills Audit and Development, as a speaker at this year’s summit.

Hon. Dr. Muswere is a distinguished politician, technocrat, and strategic leader with extensive experience spanning government, ICT, governance, innovation, and national development. Over the years, he has played a significant role in shaping Zimbabwe’s digital transformation agenda and public sector modernisation.

A highly accomplished academic, he holds multiple doctoral qualifications in Development Studies, Strategic Management and Leadership, and Strategy & PPP Mining Investments, alongside an MBA in International Trade. His professional background also includes executive leadership within the ICT, construction, transport, and mining sectors.

Throughout his ministerial leadership, Hon. Dr. Muswere has contributed to major national policy initiatives including the National ICT Policy 2022–2027, the Smart Zimbabwe Master Plan, and the Cyber and Data Protection Act. He also served as Chairman of the Pan African Postal Union (PAPU), strengthening Zimbabwe’s presence in continental ICT and communication development.

At NESZ 2026, he will contribute valuable insights into innovation, digital transformation, skills development, leadership, and the future of education in Zimbabwe.

Hon. Stanley Sakupwanya to Speak on Youth Empowerment and Leadership at NESZ 2026

The National Education Summit Zimbabwe (NESZ 2026) is pleased to announce Honourable Stanley R.T.M. Sakupwanya, Member of Parliament for the Youth Quota representing Manicaland Province and Chairperson of the Parliamentary Youth Caucus, as a panelist at this year’s summit.

Hon. Sakupwanya is a passionate youth leader and advocate for youth empowerment, inclusive governance, sustainable development, and economic participation for young people in Zimbabwe. He currently serves on several Parliamentary Committees covering Youth Empowerment, Vocational Training, Agriculture, Rural Development, Defence, and Security Services.

Through his leadership in Parliament and youth development initiatives, he continues to champion opportunities that empower young people and strengthen community transformation across Zimbabwe.
